Ancestor Garage LLC maintains an online parts guide and store (the “Platform”), oriented to the antique motorcycle community.
Users are granted a nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonassignable, nonsublicensable, revocable license to use our Platform, solely in connection with researching motorcycle parts, managing motorycle parts inventory, and buying clothing through our store. Any other use is prohibited. Users agree to follow all applicable laws when using the Platform. Users will not reverse engineer the Platform or attempt to download data for any personal or commercial use outside the Platform. Users agree to not upload any copyrighted photos to the Platform. Users grant Ancestor Garage LLC unlimted license to use any photos that are uploaded to the Platform within the Platform for other users. Ancestor Gararge LLC offers no warantee and accepts no liability for the use of the Platform.
Ancestor Garage LLC reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms. You may also be given notice, such as an e-mail message of any changes. You will be deemed to have accepted such changes to the Terms by continuing to use the Platform.
